• Troubleshooting network issues and outages using our in
house monitoring tools.
• Monitoring and managing the day to day operation of
Network infrastructure.
• Providing technical support to customers for reported
issues.
• Opening tickets following the correct incident management
procedures to own, track, report, and document resolution of
problems.
Full training will be provided but previous experience in a NOC
or Network Engineering role would be a big advantage.

need you to:
• Contribute to an open team culture of excellence,
efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Use our monitoring tools to clear alarms and identify and
troubleshoot network issues.
• Create tickets to document work carried and issues which
require further attention.
• Work with our NOC team to provide support for customer
and network issues.

• Previous experience configuring Cisco routers and

• CCNA Certification an advantage
